To begin a return or exchange inquiry, please email support@blacktiewatchco.com - we will respond within 24 hours.
In the event that you have to exchange or return your item, the cost to ship the package back to us will be covered!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned watch and will send it for inspection. Once inspection / processing is complete your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If it has been more than 5 days and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank.
