How do I track my order?

Once you place an order you will receive an automated confirmation email stating that your order is being processed. Processing usually takes 1 business day and once processing is complete, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days - Expedited shipping takes up to 2 business days. Orders are processed on the same day they are placed Monday - Friday unless placed after 3:00 P.M. CST. Orders after this time will be process the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, you may return your product within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason and receive a full refund. Your watch may also be exchanged any time within 12 months for a watch of equal or lesser value.
