I ordered 1 navy faced onyx and one black onyx. When that order was delivered I received 2 navy’s, I contacted customer service the same day as the delivery and haven’t received any response after 2 weeks. A few days later I contacted them two more times through email and even tried the online chat twice, and still haven’t gotten any response. I even placed another order for just the black one last week and received another navy face today. The lack of attention to their orders and complete lack of customer service is very surprising and disappointing. Hopefully this review will get their attention.

I bought two watches at the same time, making them my 4th and 5th Black tie watches. All of the watches are very elegant and I love them, I’m sure I’ll buy some more.

Just received the watch today. Before I can wear it have to get a few links removed so it can fit properly on my wrist. Other than that it's a fine watch piece. Loving the band structure and overall simple look to the design
