Order Processing
Once you place an order you will receive an automated confirmation email stating that your order is being processed. Processing usually takes up to 1 business day. Once processing is complete, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Our Return Policy
We are confident in the durability and craftsmanship of our watches. That's why each watch comes with a guaranteed 12 month warranty & free returns! Try us out - you'll love what's on your wrist!
Items can be returned or exchanged for any reason - our policy lasts 365 days! To return your watch and get a full refund, the customer must notify support@blacktiewatchco.com of their request for a refund within 120 days of delivery. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund; however, you are still able to exchange your watch with a piece of equal or lesser value any time within 12 months of purchase.
The cost to ship your watch back to us will be covered!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Full details will be given on steps to complete the return / exchange through email communication.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned watch. We will notify you of the approval of your watch after the inspection is complete.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will cover your shipping costs up to $10.00 USD
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but typically the delivery time should be similar to an original order (3 business days)
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
