Wrong watch

They sent me the complete wrong watch. I have emailed about 10 times, tried reaching out through their contact form, their Instagram, and haven’t heard back at all. I’m extremely upset about this. The cherry on top is that they emailed me and asked me to review them. Maybe if they see this review they’ll finally reimburse me.
